Investing on the stock market from the age of 14, Patrick became familiar with the financial and investment markets from an early age. On the age of 20, Patrick bought his first property in Elviria Beach, in those days nothing more than sandy dunes around Don Carlos hotel. After studying business economics at the Erasmus university in Rotterdam he graduated and got his masters in marketing.

Speaks 4 languages, is a passionate traveler and reader of business literature, broadening his scope and giving new, inspiring ideas. He spends lots of time building up relationships with his customers of whom many become friends.

Carina Bauer - rentals & sales

Carina came in 2001 to the Costa del Sol to finish her studies of Spanish language and gaining some first working experience after receiving her diploma as int. business correspondant from the Kolping Language Institute in Germany. After her internship in a German/Spanish lawyers office in Marbella, Carina decided to stay in Spain. Her passion for languages (English, Spanish, French, Dutch, German) easily integrated her in the international way of life of Marbella and surroundings. Before she joined our office in 2004 Carina has worked in a reputable 5* Hotel (GL).

Carina is in charge of the rental department, our after sales service which is a very important element of our customer care philosophy and supports with sales.
